Rund 2.000 Mitarbeiterversorgen pro Jahr \u00fcber 30.000 station\u00e4re und 91.000 ambulante Patienten.<\/em><\/p><p><em style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\nIn einer durch iconcare durchgef\u00fchrten Schwachstellenanalyse zur Optimierung der OP-Auslastung stellte sich heraus, dass das bisherige OP-Reporting f\u00fcr eine zielgerichtete OP-Auslastungssteuerung unzureichend war. iconcare erhielt daher den Auftrag, eine interne Arbeitsgruppe bei der Neugestaltung des OP-Controllings zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/em><\/p><p><em style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\nDie Arbeitsgruppe entwickelte zun\u00e4chst einen t\u00e4glichen Bericht mit allen relevanten Kennzahlen zur OP-Auslastung, der den Entscheidern am und im OP die M\u00f6glichkeit gibt, Prozessst\u00f6rungen schnellst m\u00f6glich zu identifizieren und durch konkrete Interventionen f\u00fcr die Zukunft m\u00f6glichst zu vermeiden. Erg\u00e4nzend hierzu wurde ein Monatsbericht mit ergebnisorientierten Kennzahlen f\u00fcr die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung konzipiert. Die von iconcare bereitgestellten Auswertungsmuster haben dabei die Entwicklungszeit des OP-Berichtswesens deutlich verk\u00fcrzt.<\/em><\/p><p><em style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\nDurch das neue OP-Berichtswesen k\u00f6nnen nun strukturelle Schwachstellen aufgedeckt und transparent gemacht werden. Es erm\u00f6glicht eine fr\u00fchzeitige Erkennung von Prozessst\u00f6rungen und die Einleitung gezielter Gegenma\u00dfnahmen.
