Leistungsfeldern als Qualit\u00e4tsf\u00fchrer. S\u00e4mtliche bisherige Optimierungsbem\u00fchungen konzentrierten sich schwerpunktm\u00e4\u00dfig auf den prim\u00e4ren und partiell den sekund\u00e4ren Sektor.
