Der terti\u00e4re Dienstleistungssektor wurde in den letzten 10 Jahren nur wenig betrachtet, ist deshalb nicht optimal aufgestellt und liefert somit ein signifikantes Potential f\u00fcr Optimierungsm\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Die in einem gemeinsamen Projekt mit Visality erarbeiteten Optimierungspotentiale bilden die Basis f\u00fcr die Erarbeitung eines Logistik-Leitkonzeptes. Das Visality-Team hat in k\u00fcrzester Zeit umfassende Transparenz \u00fcber alle Warengruppen geschaffen und ein Leitkonzept f\u00fcr den terti\u00e4ren Bereich entwickelt. Die von Visality vorgeschlagene Soll-Organisationsform der Logistik b\u00fcndelt die logistischen Aufgaben und entlastet die Pflege und andere Berufsgruppen von Logistikaufgaben. Hierf\u00fcr wurden eine verbesserte Ablauforganisation erarbeitet und alle Logistikaufgaben auf die beste Zuordnung zu bestimmten Berufsgruppen\u00a0<\/em><em>hin untersucht sowie ein Vorschlag f\u00fcr ein optimiertes Organisationskonzept der Logistik erarbeitet, wodurch sich f\u00fcr uns erhebliche Einsparpotentiale u.a. durch deutlich weniger Leasingkosten in der Pflege zuk\u00fcnftig realisieren lassen.\u00a0Au\u00dferdem wurde ein f\u00fcr das GKH optimales Skill- und Grade-Mix-Konzept erarbeitet sowie daraus eine zielf\u00fchrende Dienstpyramide abgeleitet.\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p><em>Wir sch\u00e4tzen die Zusammenarbeit mit Visality sehr und k\u00f6nnen die Berater aufgrund ihrer fachlichen, aber auch akzeptanzf\u00f6rdernden sozialen Kompetenz uneingeschr\u00e4nkt empfehlen.
